Isaac Soleimani is a founder of HFG and serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the credit committee. He focuses on the long-term strategic direction of HFG and works with the Board of Directors in establishing the best financial structure for the company’s long-term success.

Prior to the founding HFG, Mr. Soleimani was a Senior Vice President at Daiwa Securities America, Inc. where he headed the firm’s healthcare finance business. Prior to joining Daiwa, he was the President of National Medical Funding Corp., whose specialized healthcare finance business was acquired by Daiwa.

A recognized leader in the healthcare finance industry, Mr. Soleimani has extensive experience in financial services management, structured finance, and credit risk management. His background includes in-depth experience with receivable securitization from both an institutional investor and a finance company perspective. His involvement with healthcare financing began in the 1980s while he was an Investment Manager at Prudential Capital Group.

Prior to focusing on healthcare, Mr. Soleimani originated, structured and closed over $1 billion in other types of asset backed securities and general corporate financing transactions at Prudential Capital.

Mr. Soleimani holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University.
